Macam mana nak kurus ?

Sejak 2 minggu lepas, I have to jadi secretariat exam commitee which is terpaksa korbankan weekends untuk menjaga perjalanan final exam agar berjalan dengan lancar. Di sepanjang my duty nie, all our kebajikan dijaga especially our breakfast, lunch and tea disediakan oleh pihak uni. We even boleh request apa makanan yang kiter nak makan. Normally, during weekends, makanan agak special.

Today, we had a special makanan tapi sayangnya, ramai yang tak bertugas hari ini. Lauk-lauk lebih, terpaksa ditapau dari dibiarkan membazir. Antaranya, sweet sour fish

Ayam masak halia

Tomyam sayur

Telur bungkus

And our minum petang…cik mek molek and buah melaka
